Dear Shareholder,
Please accept this official notice from your association regarding Florida Statutes financial reporting requirements.
A copy of the year-end financial report including a report of cash receipts and expenditures for the preceding fiscal year of the Association, will be available within 21 days after the final report is completed, but no later than 120 days after the end of the fiscal year. The association shall provide the shareholder a copy of the annual financial report upon written request without change. Please send all written requests to your association at the address listed above. Requests for the year-end financial report must be in writing or faxed. No phone calls requests will be processed.
