President Roman called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and proof of meeting notice was confirmed. The minutes of November 24 th ,2025 were not available due to Secretary, Dorothy being unable to hear any discussion via the zoom. Jennifer of PPMS advised the meeting would be recorded and posted to BMM Web Site.
Financial Report: There was no financial report due to the meeting being for the Election of Officers.
Count of the Ballots: Shareholders in attendance were asked to sign the form for the record.
Jennifer with 3 shareholders to witness the counting of the ballots.

The chair was over to Bob Tyler by the past president.
